Sharing a room calendar to a user does not prevent a room from having the Auto-accept setting enabled. If the room calendar is shared with Delegate permissions, the user will also receive copies of all meeting invitations sent to the room in their own inbox. The user can accept the sharing invitation to add the calendar to begin managing the room's meetings. In cases where a user needs to manage a resource calendar, the calendar should be directly shared to the user as a shared calendar.

It is also not recommended to use Full Access permissions to directly manage resource calendars' response to a meeting invite.
